Graduated Rollins College 1978 with B.A. degree in Chemistry and Business. He joined the Company at that time as Advertising Manager and Director. Was Secretary in 1981 and Purchasing Manager. In 1982 elected Vice Chairman, Vice President - Purchasing and Director. In 1986 elected Vice President of Mining and Manufacturing, May 1, 1991 appointed Executive Vice President - Mining and Manufacturing. Effective July 1, 1995, became President & Chief Operating Officer; January 1, 1996, elected Chief Executive Officer. During the Board of Directors' Meeting of September 19, 2000, elected Chairman. In 2013 became Chairman & CEO of R.T. Vanderbilt Holding Company, Inc.
Graduated N.Y. State College of Ceramics at Alfred University 1973 with a B.S. degree in Ceramic Engineering and Business Management. He then joined Ferro Corporation as a Research Engineer, moving to Technical Sales and Service 1974. In 1979, he joined Amoco Oil-Cyprus Industrial Minerals division as Technical Sales Engineer for the eastern USA and Canada. In 1984, he joined R.T. Vanderbilt Company as Sales Manager- of Ceramics. In 1992, he became Manager of their Minerals Group, and then Vice President of Minerals in 1998. January 1, 2013, he was elected President of Vanderbilt Minerals, LLC. On February 2016, Randall was elected as President of R.T. Vanderbilt Holding Company, Inc. and December 2016 elected to the Board of Directors.
Graduated Iona College 1972 with a B.A. degree in Economics, and M.B.A., University of Connecticut in 1977. Earned C.M.A. in 1984. Previously employed by General Electric Credit Corp., before joining the Company in 1973. Was elected Treasurer 1983 and Vice President 1987. As of 1989 elected Chief Financial Officer. On January 1, 1996, elected Director. In 2013 became Executive Vice President - Treasurer & CFO of R.T. Vanderbilt Holding Company, Inc.
Graduated London School of Economics with a Bachelor of Law. In 1984 received a Master of Law Degree from New York University Law School. Elected a Director in 1981. Joined the Company in 1984 as a Para Legal. Elected Secretary in 1986; 1989 elected Vice President. In 2013 became Executive Vice President and Secretary of R.T. Vanderbilt Holding Company, Inc.
