SONGLIGHT^® 1190 LD
SONGLIGHT 1190 LD is a HALS of N-CH3 type that protects polymers from degredation due to ulta violet radiation and long term heat aging. Its high molecular weight makes it effective in PE and PP, and also with alpha-olefin compolymers and blends with EPR, ERR, EVA, EAA, EVOH, PE and filled PP. SONGLIGHT 1190 LD may also be used in EPDM, SBS, SIS, SEBS, styrenics and alpha-methyl styrenics such as ABS, AES, ASA, IPS, SAN, and SMA, and also with blends or alloys of these polymers with other polymers. May also be used in flexible and rigid PVC, PVDC, Polyurethanes, Polyamides (e.g., PA6, PA66, PA12, POM, PPE, PET, PBT and blends; also PMMA cast sheet and thermoplastic resin, UPE, PET and PA fibers.

          SONGLIGHT 2920 LQ
An N-CH3 type liquid hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) that protects polymers from degradation due to ultraviolet radiation and long-term heat aging. It can be used in PP, PE, unsaturated polyesters, acrylics, vinyl polymers, elastomers, adhesives, sealants, and coatings. The liquid form and solubility characteristics make it suitable for coatings, printing ink, and polyurethane lacquer. This product can be used in combination with SONGSORB and SONGNOX products to optimize performance in outdoor use.

          SONGLIGHT 6220 LD
An N-R type polymeric hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) that protects polymers from degradation due to ultraviolet radiation and long-term heat aging. It offers good compatibility in a wide range of polymers, very low volatility, low migration which results in cleaner surfaces, and excellent thermal stability at normal processing temperatures. It has a low melting range that makes it effective for use in PP, PE, acrylics, and elastomers, as well as adhesives and sealants. It demonstrates reduced interaction with co-additives such as pigments. To optimize performance in outdoor use, it should be used in combination with the SONGSORB and SONGNOX product lines. The use of this product with sulfur-containing additives such as DSTDP or DLDTP is not recommended.

          SONGLIGHT 7700 PW
An N-H type hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) that protects polymers from degradation due to ultraviolet radiation and long-term heat aging. It can be used in PP, PE, ethylene-propylene copolymer and terpolymer, polyurethane, ABS, PS, HIPS, SAN, and PVC. It can be used alone or in combination with higher molecular weight HALS for the UV stabilization of articles with either thick and thin cross sections, including tapes and films. It can be used in combination with SONGNOX antioxidants, higher molecular weight HALS, and SONGSORB UV absorbers to optimize performance in outdoor use. Note: The use of this product with sulfur-containing additives such as DSTDP or DLDTP is not recommended.

          SONGLIGHT 7830 LD
          SONGLIGHT 7830 SB
A convenient blend of lower molecular weight and higher molecular weight HALS to optimize short and long term protection of the polymer. It is primarily intended for use in polyolefin applications such as PP, PE, and other polymers. It can be used in combination with phenolic and phosphite antioxidants and UV absorbers to optimize performance in outdoor use. Note: The use of this product with sulfur-containing additives such as DSTDP or DLDTP can have a negative influence on the effectiveness of SONGLIGHT 7830.

          SONGLIGHT 9440 SB
SONGLIGHT 9440 is a polymeric hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) of N-H type that protects polymers from degradation due to ultraviolet radiation and long term heat aging. It exhibits extremely low volatility, high thermal stability and excellent compatibility with many substrates and can be used in PP, LDPE, HDPE, XPE, EVA and PP blends with elastomers. The high molecular weight and polymeric structure make it particularly effective for use in thin section articles such as fiber, tape, and films. It can be used in combination with phenolic & phosphite antioxidants, lower molecular weight HALS, and UVA’s to optimize performance in outdoor use. Use with sulfur-containing additives such DSTDP or DLDTP can have a negative influence on the effectiveness of SONGLIGHT 9440. SONGLIGHT 9440 is FDA listed in 21 CFR 178.2010, Antioxidants and/or stabilizers for polymers.
