SONGNOX® 1010 FF SONGNOX 1010 PWSONGNOX 1010 is a versatile and highly effective primary antioxidant for organic polymers PE, PP, POM, PA, PET, PVC, and elastomers. It is very effective for reducing viscosity change and gel formation in polymer processing, and provides long term heat stability to protect physical properties during both storage and use of the end product. SONGNOX 1010 exhibits a synergistic effect in combination with SONGNOX 1680 and other secondary antioxidants, and can be used with benzotriazoles or HALS for thermal and light stabilization in outdoor use. SONGNOX 1010 is FDA listed in 21 CFR 178.2010, Antioxidants and/or stabilizers for polymers, as well as being FDA listed in 21 CFR 175.105, Adhesives for food packaging. SONGNOX 1024 FF SONGNOX 1024 FG SONGNOX 1024 PWSONGNOX 1024 is a metal deactivator and antioxidant for wire and cable, adhesive (both hot melt and solution), and powder coating applications. It is effective in PE, PP, Crosslinked PE, EPDM, styrenic elastomers, nylon, PU, polyacetal, and styrenic copolymers, and can be used as the primary antioxidant or can be used in combination with hindered phenolic antioxidants (particularly SONGNOX 1010) to achieve synergistic performance. SONGNOX 1024 is FDA listed in 21 CFR 178.2010, Antioxidants and/or stabilizers for polymers, as well as being FDA listed in 21 CFR 175.105, Adhesives for food packaging. SONGNOX 1035 FF SONGNOX 1035 PWSONGNOX 1035 provides both primary and secondary antioxidant protection for organic polymers. It imparts exceptional processing and end use stability to polyolefins, and is very effective for PE in wire and cable resins. It is compatible with a wide range of organic substrates and can be used with a broad range of other stabilizers for optimum performance. SONGNOX 1035 is odorless and tasteless, with low volatility for long-term heat stability. SONGNOX 1035 is FDA listed in 21 CFR 178.2010, Antioxidants and/or stabilizers for polymers, as well as being FDA listed in 21 CFR 175.105, Adhesives for food packaging. SONGNOX 1076 CP SONGNOX 1076 FC SONGNOX 1076 FF SONGNOX 1076 PW SONGNOX 1076 SBSONGNOX 1076 is primary antioxidant for organic polymers PE, PC, PVB, PVC, PU, acrylics, styrenics, and elastomers. SONGNOX 1098 PWSONGNOX 1098 is an efficient and extraction resistant hindered phenolic antioxidant for polyamide fibers, molded articles and films in concentrations of 0.5 to 1.0% to prevent discoloration during thermal aging. It is highly effective in wire and cable applications where it is primarily used in insulation of HDPE, LDPE, and PP. SONGNOX 1098 protects polymer color during manufacturing, spinning or thermal fixation, and protects fiber during the last stages of polymerization or by dry blending on nylon chips before extruding. SONGNOX 1098 is FDA listed in 21 CFR 178.2010, Antioxidants and/or stabilizers for polymers. SONGNOX 1330 FF SONGNOX 1330 PWSONGNOX 1330 is a primary antioxidant for organic polymers that works especially well in PE and PP cable insulation and films because of its excellent dielectrical properties and high resistance to thermo-oxidative degradation. It is extraction resistant in water-quenched PP film lines, not absorbed by filler in polyolefins and exhibits high performance in controlling degradation in polyolefins. SONGNOX 1330 can be blended with HALS or combinations of HALS and UV stabilizers for light-stable grade products. It is an antioxidant for SBS, polyamides, polyesters and synthetic fibers, and does not have to be used with a metal deactivator. SONGNOX 1680 FF SONGNOX 1680 PWSONGNOX 1680 is a secondary antioxidant for organic polymers, providing melt flow and color protection during thermal processing. Applications include polyolefins, polycarbonate, polyester and styrenics, as well as being used in combination with hindered phenol (such as SONGNOX 1010, 1076, or 3114) to achieve synergistic performance. Can be used with benzotriazoles and HALS for thermal and light stabilization in out door use. SONGNOX 1680 is FDA listed in 21 CFR 178.2010, Antioxidants and/or stabilizers for polymers. SONGNOX 4120 PWSONGNOX 4120 is a secondary antioxidant for organic polymers. It contains sulfur, has a high molecular weight and low volatility. It demonstrates low leaching properties, and high heat resistance. It is a better performing synergist with phenolic antioxidant than SONGNOX DLTDP and SONGNOX DSTDP, and can be used with hindered phenolic antioxidants to achieve synergistic performance. SONGNOX 4120 is recommended as an antioxidant for PP, PE, PC-ABS and engineering thermoplastics, but needs to be used under controlled temperature and humidity. SONGNOX 6260 PWSONGNOX 6260 is a high performance secondary antioxidant for organic polymers, that provides excellent melt flow and color protection during thermal processing. Applications include polyolefins, elastomers, polycarbonate, polyester, and styrenics. SONGNOX 6260 can be used in combination with hindered phenols, such as SONGNOX 1010 and 1076 to achieve synergistic performance, and can be used with UV absorbers and HALS for thermal and light stabilizations in outdoor use. SONGNOX 6260 is FDA listed in 21 CFR 178.2010, Antioxidants and/or stabilizers for polymers. Note: Product is moisture sensitive, so please consult the MSDS for handling considerations. SONGNOX DLTDPSONGNOX DLTDP is a secondary thioester synergistic antioxidant for organic polymers. It decomposes and neutralizes hydroperoxides formed by the auto-oxidation of polymers. SONGNOX DLTDP is an antioxidant for plastics, rubber, synthetic fiber, fats, oils and petroleum products, and an efficient stabilizer for polyolefins, particularly PP and HDPE. Mainly used in PE, PP, ABS, HIPS, polyester and polyamide. Can be used as a synergist in combination with phenolic antioxidants to enhance aging and light stability. The low melting point of SONGNOX DLTDP permits easier melting to use as a liquid for dispersing other additives for polymer addition. SONGNOX DSTDPSONGNOX DSTDP is a secondary thioester synergistic antioxidant for organic polymers. It decomposes and neutralizes hydroperoxides formed by the auto-oxidation of polymers. SONGNOX DSTDP is an antioxidant for plastics, rubber, synthetic fiber, fats, oils and petroleum products, and an efficient stabilizer for polyolefins, particularly PP and HDPE. Mainly used in PE, PP, ABS, HIPS, polyester and polyamide. Can be used as a synergist in combination with phenolic antioxidants to enhance aging and light stability. SONGNOX DSTDP is FDA listed in 21 CFR 175.105, Adhesives for food packaging. SONGNOX DTDTPSongnox DTDTP is a secondary thioester antioxidant for organic polymers which decomposes and neutralizes hydroperoxides formed by auto-oxidation of polymers. It is an antioxidant for plastics, rubber, synthetic fiber, fats and oils, and petroleum products. Songnox DTDTP is an efficient stabilizer for polyolefins, particularly PP and HDPE, and is mainly used in ABS, HIPS PE, PP, polyamids and polyesters. It may also be used as a synergist in combination with phenolic antioxidants to enhance aging and light stabilization. VANOX® 854Antioxidant blend specifically for polyethylene applications. It is an excellent processing stabilizer and a highly efficient antioxidant for long term heat aging applications. VANOX 958VANOX 958 is a synergistic antioxidant blend for polyolefins. This product greatly increases the long-term heat aging of filled and unfilled polyolefin systems as compared to competitive blends. This material can also be used in combination with HALS to improve the retention of physical properties and color of the plastic after weathering. VANOX 1030 AAntioxidant blend combining primary and secondary antioxidants. Provides excellent long-term heat aging characteristics in polyethylene and polypropylene compounds. VANOX MBPCNonstaining and nondiscoloring phenolic antioxidant for use in polyolefins especially polypropylene. Effective copper inhibitor in some applications. VANOX MBPC is FDA listed in 21 CFR 178.2010, Antioxidants and/or stabilizers for polymers, as well as being FDA listed in 21 CFR 175.105, Adhesives for food packaging. Antioxidants Blends SONGNOX 11B FF SONGNOX 11B PWSONGNOX 11B is a 50:50 blend of SONGNOX 1010 and SONGNOX 1680 that synergistically works for processing and long term thermal stabilization in polyethylenes, polypropylene, polybutyl and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers. This odorless, tasteless and FDA compliant blend may also be used in styrenic polymers, polyurethanes and other synthetic polymers. SONGNOX 21B FF SONGNOX 21B PWSONGNOX 21B is a blend of SONGNOX 1680 (66.7%) and SONGNOX 1010 (33.3%). This physical blend of SONGNOX 1010, a primary high molecular weight hindered phenolic antioxidant, with SONGNOX 1680, a secondary phosphite antioxidant, provides excellent melt-flow and color protection during processing of polyolefins, and provides long term heat stability, protecting physical properties during storage and in end use application. This odorless, tasteless and FDA compliant blend is also useful for stabilization of polycarbonate, ABS, and polyesters. SONGNOX 311B PWSONGNOX 311B is a 50:50 physical blend of SONGNOX 3114, a primary phenolic antioxidant, with SONGNOX 1680, a secondary phosphite antioxidant, that provides excellent melt-flow and color protection during processing of polyolefins, and affords long term heat stability by protecting physical properties during storage and in end use application. SONGNOX 311B provides gas fade resistance in polyolefins and avoids the negative effects of discoloration due to exposure in NOX. Applications include polyethylene, polyethylene copolymers, polypropylene, and polypropylene copolymers for the stabilization of fibers, thin films, filled grades, and molded articles. This odorless, tasteless blend is FDA compliant for use in polyolefins. SONGNOX 321B FF SONGNOX 321B PWSONGNOX 321B is a physical blend of SONGNOX 3114 (66.7%), a primary phenolic antioxidant, with SONGNOX 1680 (33.3%), a secondary phosphite antioxidant. This blend provides excellent melt-flow and color protection during processing of polyolefins, and affords long term heat stability by protecting physical properties during storage and in end use application. SONGNOX 321B provides gas fade resistance in polyolefins and avoids the negative effects of discoloration due to exposure in NOX. Applications include polyethylene, polyethylene copolymers, polypropylene, and polypropylene copolymers for the stabilization of fibers, thin films, filled grades, and molded articles. This odorless, tasteless blend is FDA compliant for use in polyolefins. Light Stabilizers SONGLIGHT® 2920 LQSONGLIGHT 2920 is a liquid hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) of N-Ch3 type that protects polymers from degradation due to ultraviolet radiation and long term heat aging. It can be used in PE, PP, styrenics, unsaturated polyesters, acrylics, vinyl polymers, and elastomers. Applications include plastics soles, adhesives and sealants. Its liquid form and solubility characteristics make it very suitable for coatings, printing ink and polyurethane lacquer. SONGLIGHT 2920 can be also used in combination with phenolic and phosphite antioxidants and UVAs to optimize performance in outdoor use. SONGLIGHT 6220 LDSONGLIGHT 6220 is a polymeric hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) of N-R type that protects polymers from degradation due to ultraviolet radiation and long term heat aging. It exhibits good compatibility in a wide range of polymers, with very low volatility and migration in use, resulting in cleaner surfaces and excellent thermal stability at processing temperatures. Its low melting range makes it effective for use in PP, PE, styrenics, unsaturated polyester, acrylic, PVC, plastisols, elastomers, adhesives, sealants and spin finishes. It is an excellent stabilizer for systems containing a high loading of carbon black, and can be used in combination with phenolic and phosphate antioxidants, lower molecular weight HALS, and UVAs to optimize performance in outdoor applications. SONGLIGHT 6220 is FDA listed in 21 CFR 178.2010, Antioxidants and/or stabilizers for polymers. SONGLIGHT 7700 PWSONGLIGHT 7700 is a hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) of N-H type that protects polymers from degradation due to ultraviolet radiation and long term heat aging. It is effective for use in PP, PE, EPR , EPDM, PU, ABS, PS, HIP, SAN, and PVC. It can be used alone or in combination with higher molecular weight HALS for the UV stabilization of both thick and thin cross section articles including tapes, films, and automotive parts. It can also be used in combination with phenolic and phosphate antioxidants, higher molecular weight HALS, and UVAs to optimize performance in outdoor use. SONGLIGHT 7700 is FDA listed in 21 CFR 178.2010, Antioxidants and/or stabilizers for polymers. SONGLIGHT 7830 LD SONGLIGHT 7830 SBSONGLIGHT 7830 is a 50:50 blend of SONGLIGHT 6220 and SONGLIGHT 9440, lower and higher molecular weight HALS, for optimizing short and long term polymer protection. Primarily for use in polyolefin applications – PP, PE and other polymers, and can be used in combination with phenolic and phosphate antioxidants and UVAs to optimize performance in outdoor use. Using with sulfur-containing additives such as DSTDP or DLDTP can have a negative influence on the effectiveness of SONGLIGHT 7830. Both components of this mixture are FDA listed in 21 CFR 178.2010, Antioxidants and/or stabilizers for polymers. SONGLIGHT 9440 SB SONGLIGHT 9440 PWSONGLIGHT 9440 is a polymeric hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) of N-H type that protects polymers from degradation due to ultraviolet radiation and long term heat aging. It exhibits extremely low volatility, high thermal stability and excellent compatibility with many substrates and can be used in PP, LDPE, HDPE, XPE, EVA and PP blends with elastomers. The high molecular weight and polymeric structure make it particularly effective for use in thin section articles such as fiber, tape, and films. It can be used in combination with phenolic & phosphite antioxidants, lower molecular weight HALS, and UVA’s to optimize performance in outdoor use. Use with sulfur-containing additives such DSTDP or DLDTP can have a negative influence on the effectiveness of SONGLIGHT 9440. SONGLIGHT 9440 is FDA listed in 21 CFR 178.2010, Antioxidants and/or stabilizers for polymers. UV Absorbers SONGSORB® 2340 PWSONGSORB 2340 is a strong absorber of ultraviolet radiation in the 300-400nm region and has a high degree of photostability. Particularly suitable for high surface area applications like films and fibers. Compared to other UVAs, Songsorb 2340 has a low volatility, making it especially for high temperature process applications including PET fibers and films, polycarbonate, POM, nylon, polyolefins, TPE, TPO and coatings. Can be used in combination with phenolic and phosphate antioxidants, and HALS to optimize performance in outdoor use. SONGSORB 2340 is FDA listed in 21 CFR 178.2010, Antioxidants and/or stabilizers for polymers. SONGSORB 3260 PWSONGSORB 3260 is a strong absorber of ultraviolet light in the 300-400nm region and has a high degree of photostability. It has a greater absorption of longer wavelengths than SONGSORB 1000 and better compatibility with polyolefins, lower volatility, and suppressed ionization of the phenolic group. It is less affected by alkalinity, is less likely to discolor with metals, and has less effect on metal driers and metal catalysts due to the higher dissociation constant of SONGSORB 3260. Recommended for use levels of 0.2 - 1.0% in PP, PE, polybutylene, polyesters, and coatings. Can be used in combination with phenolic and phosphate antioxidants and HALS to optimize performance in outdoor use. SONGSORB 3260 is FDA listed in 21 CFR 178.2010, Antioxidants and/or stabilizers for polymers. SONGSORB 3270 PWSONGSORB 3270 is a strong absorber of ultraviolet radiation in the 290-500nm region and has a high degree of photostability (photochemical energy absorbed in the ultraviolet region is dissipated as thermal energy). Exhibits good initial color, low volatility, excellent stability to heat and light, superior wash fastness, and resistance to gas fading. It's particularly suitable for PP and PE, as well as cold cured polyesters, polyurethanes, dyes, and pigments. The low pKa and high hindrance of the phenolic group result in low sensitivity to metal containing ingredients in the polymer formulation (catalysts residues, metallic dries, etc). Can be used in combination with phenolic and phosphate antioxidants, and HALS to optimize performance in outdoor use. SONGSORB 3280 PWSONGSORB 3280 is a strong absorber of ultraviolet light in the 290-400nm region and has a high degree of photostability, featuring strong UV absorption, low initial color, good solubility in plasticizer and monomers, moderately low volatility and excellent compatibility in a wide variety of substrates. Recommended for use in polyolefins, PVC, styrene homo- and co-polymers, ABS, acrylic polymers, unsaturated polyesters, thermoplastic urethanes, moisture-cured polyurethanes, polyacetals, polyvinylbutyral, two component epoxies and urethanes, oil alkyds and thermosetting acrylic enamels. Can be used in combination with phenolic and phosphate antioxidants, and HALS to optimize performance in outdoor use. SONGSORB 3280 is FDA listed in 21 CFR 175.105, Adhesives for food packaging. SONGSORB 7120 PWSONGSORB 7120 is a substituted benzoate that absorbs ultraviolet radiation, and through a reversible chemical rearrangement, dissipates the energy as heat. It provides better initial color than benzotriazoles and exhibits a synergistic effect in combination with HALS. It can be used in combination with phenolic and phosphate antioxidants and HALS for thermal and light stabilization in outdoor use. Recommended for use at levels of 0.2% - 1% in polypropylene, polyethylene, TPO, PVC, EVA, unsaturated polyester ABS and AS. SONGSORB 7120 is FDA listed in 21 CFR 178.2010, Antioxidants and/or stabilizers for polymers. SONGSORB 8100 PWSONGSORB 8100 absorbs ultraviolet radiation in the 240-340nm region. Exhibits synergy with HALS. Excellent solubility and compatibility with high solid coatings formulations. For better long-term performance use of UVAs of the benzotriazole. Can be used for PE, PP, PVC, PS, PC, PP fiber, Ethylene vinyl acetate etc. Provides good light stability effect in Paints, Powder coatings, Polyurethanes, Rubbers. Dosage is 0.1~0.5% based on polymer weight. Is recommended in PE, PP, PVC etc. For additional information please consult the MSDS.
