Steve joined the Company in 1980 as a Chemist in the Petroleum Research & Development Laboratory. Previously, he held several positions managing various aspects of our Domestic and International Petroleum Business. In 2003, Steve was named Petroleum Global Business Manager. He continued to lead the business in 2005 in the development of the first five year business plan. Since that time the Petroleum business has grown and prospered over 50%, becoming our engine of growth.

Throughout his tenure as Petroleum Global Business Manager, Steve has assembled a strong team. They focused on expanding our business in both our traditional Grease Markets and the Passenger Car Motor Oil (PCMO) markets, as well as extending our reach geographically into Asia and Europe.

On May 1, 2011 Steve Donnelly was promoted to Vice President & Global Business Manager - Petroleum Products.
