Our Customer Service Department ensures that all orders received are handled and processed promptly, efficiently, professionally, and in a personal way. Purchasing/Production Planning makes sure the products the customers require are manufactured on a timely basis. We have strict vendor requirements that support our commitment to our customers. Under our Logistics & Special Services Department, Demand Planning makes certain that our inventories are at the proper levels to ensure availability at all times. Certification, through the Certificates of Analysis, ensures the consistent quality of our products prior to shipping to our customers.

Our warehouses, distributors, and agents located strategically throughout the world assist our Sales and Customer Service Departments by providing quality distribution service to all our customers. Our shipping locations are constantly monitored to confirm that all regulations are met for the safety of everyone, the community, and the environment. Our Transportation Group offers a list of approved licensed carriers that meet our strict safety and quality requirements.

Our Special Services Group works with all departments to ensure up-to-date information in our system (such as pricing, NAFTA, etc.). Their objective is to assist and better serve our customers.
