Domestic
"We have three groups in our Domestic Customer Service Department. These are the Chemical Group servicing our Rubber and Plastics customers, the Mineral Group servicing our Paint, Paper, Ceramics, and Specialties (pharmaceutical, cosmetic, agricultural, etc.) customers, and the Petroleum Group servicing our petroleum customers. This set up gives our Customer Service Reps the ability to better focus on their individual customers and specialize in their specific industries. Call us and experience it!" Minerals Group The CSR's in our Mineral Group give our customers in the Paint, Paper, Ceramics, and Specialties Industries (i.e. pharmaceutical, cosmetic, agricultural) the best possible service. Their extensive training in customer service and knowledge of their customer's needs makes them an excellent group.
Petroleum Group The knowledge and experience of our Customer Service Reps in the Petroleum Group give our petroleum customers reliable, first-rate service. Their comprehensive training and expertise provide them the ability to focus on the specific needs of their customers.
International
"We have individual Customer Service Representatives for our customers and distributors in the Far East/Oceania, Europe/Middle East/Africa, and Americas. This assures prompt attention to our global customers. Many of our CSR's are also bilingual which affords the utmost efficiency in communication, making this an outstanding group. To increase efficiency, we have established a Documentation Group within the International Group to function in tandem with our International Customer Service Representatives to ensure timely documentation.
