Domestic

"We have three groups in our Domestic Customer Service Department namely: the Chemical Group servicing our Rubber and Plastics customers, the Mineral Group servicing our Paint, Paper, Ceramics, and Specialties (pharmaceutical, cosmetic, agricultural, personal care, etc.) customers, and the Petroleum Group servicing our petroleum customers. This set-up gives our Customer Service Reps the ability to better focus on their individual customers and specialize in their specific industries.

Chemical Group

Meet the Customer Service Reps in our Chemical Group. These CSR's are trained specifically to assist our customers in the Rubber and Plastics Industries. Their pleasant attitude and attention to detail have consistently been highly rated by our customers.





 

Minerals Group

The CSR's in our Mineral Group give our customers, in the Paint, Paper, Ceramics, and Specialties (i.e. pharmaceutical, cosmetic, agricultural, personal care) Industries, the best possible service. Their extensive training in customer service and knowledge of their customers' needs make them an excellent group.



 

Petroleum Group

Our Petroleum Customer Service Group's knowledge, know-how, and experience provides the best possible client care to our customers. Continuous comprehensive training is conducted as often as necessary to insure the good consistent quality of our service offerings.



 

International

"We have individual Customer Service Representatives for our customers and distributors in the Far East/Oceania, Europe/Middle East/Africa, and Americas. This assures prompt attention to our global customers. Many of our CSR's are also bilingual which affords the utmost efficiency in communication, making them an outstanding group. To increase efficiency, we have established a Documentation Group within the International Group to function in tandem with our International Customer Service Representatives to ensure timely documentation.
