Our newly formed Logistics and Special Services Department combines the expertise of Demand Planning, Special Services, Warehouse Operations, Transportation, and Certification. While the function of these individual groups will remain unchanged, this consolidation will better serve our customers. We are confident that it will increase efficiency and ensure complete departmental coverage through cross training.

In Demand Planning, one of the objectives is to consistently maintain correct levels of our overall inventory to ensure product availability for the needs of our customers at all times. Movement of our products is constantly monitored and analyzed to maintain the integrity of our inventory levels. Both the Purchasing and Demand Planning Departments work closely together to make sure that our customers will receive exceptional service.

Meet the people in Special Services. Their functions are primarily internal but their joined efforts work to promote assistance and better service to our customers.

Our expert staff in Warehouse Operations closely monitors the conformance of our warehouse facilities to all Federal, state, and local regulations to achieve complete safety of people, the community, and the environment. The performances of our warehouse facilities are also tracked to secure consistent quality service for our customers at all times.

Meet our group in charge of domestic and international Transportation. One of the objectives of our Transportation Group is to assure safe and on-time delivery of our products to our customers. We have contracted competitively priced carriers to provide continuous quality service to our customers. Performance and conformance to all regulations are monitored by this knowledgeable group to maintain the credibility and integrity of our contracted carriers.

The objective of our Certification Group is to ensure that the products shipped to our customers are always on spec. Our experienced staff reviews all of our Certificates of Analysis prior to releasing the products for shipment. Timely receipt of required Certificates of Analysis to our customers is consistently monitored.
