Graduated from Montclair State College in 1977 with a BA in Business Administration and received a MBA from Monmouth College in 1979. Chairman of the following Rubber Groups: Chicago, Wisconsin, Midwest, Central Illinois; Area Director for Northern California Rubber Group for one term and Midwest Rubber Group for 2 terms. In 1985 joined R.T. Vanderbilt Company, Inc. as Technical Sales Representative - Rubber & Plastics Department. From 1994 to 1998 was Market Manager for Adhesives. In 1998 was made Sales Manager of our West Coast Office covering twenty-three of the lower forty-eight states. In 2008 has become Global Business Manager - Rubber & Plastics.
